After finishing high school, Yojiro Kake studied for 3 years at the Ueda Yasuko school of Fashion in Osaka Japan. Later on, he worked as a patternmaker and designer for a private company. Yojiro Kake left Japan and made the decision to study at Polimoda International Institute of Fashion Design & Marketing. He graduated from the institute in 2012. For his new collection “Rain in Eclipse”, the designer channeled references of rainy days, puddles on the street, a blurred sight from the window, and images of sunlight and clouds. Yojiro Kake reinvented classic pieces like the trench coat, cape, down jacket and etc. by fusing masculine components into them. The collection unveiled unique, feminine and sharp garments.
